Unlimited users, unlimited leads, unlimited projects, email automation, automated follow-up sequences, AI summaries, and priority support including WhatsApp. Everything in Pro plus the no-cap usage.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the workspace billing page. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I import my existing contacts?

Import from CSV, Google Contacts, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. The first import maps fields automatically; you can adjust before committing. There's no row limit on imports.

Does Alliances PRO integrate with Gmail?

Yes — two-way Gmail sync. Outbound emails sent from inside the workspace appear in your Gmail Sent folder; inbound replies thread back into the lead's timeline. Labels and stars are exposed.

Where is my data stored?

On encrypted-at-rest Postgres in our primary region. Daily backups retained 30 days. Workspace owners can export everything as CSV at any time.
